Our Walk With Jesus

What does it mean to walk with Jesus?

Jesus lived a perfect life that reflected God’s love, truth, and righteousness. His example serves as a model for how we should live as His followers. Throughout His time on earth, Jesus demonstrated humility, love, compassion, obedience, and unwavering faithfulness to God’s will. He not only preached about these virtues but embodied them in every aspect of His life. As believers, we are called to abide in Him by following His example, serving others selflessly, loving even our enemies, and staying rooted in prayer and Scripture. By living as Jesus did, we grow closer to God and reflect His light in the world around us.

One practical way to keep this at the forefront each day is to choose an area where the Holy Spirit is convicting  you. Write down the action and its corresponding scripture on a post-it note, and keep it in your pocket. Throughout the day, pull it out as a reminder of the example Jesus set and how to follow Him faithfully.

Abide by putting others before ourselves, serving with a humble heart, and avoiding pride.

Love Everyone, Even Enemies
